Nursery Employee

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 season in Carman, Manitoba.

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for working in various areas of nursery production.
Maintenance of plants: potting and moving of plants, field planting, loading & unloading trucks, assembling orders, weed control, staking, cultivating.
Maintaining company standards for quality and service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional and enthusiastic work ethic is required
Able to work outdoor and indoors and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Standing, Sitting, Crouching, Bending, Lifting are all part of your day
Horticultural and/or equipment operating experience is an asset but not required, we are willing to train.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Seasonal (March-October), Full or Part Time Hours Available, Mandatory Saturdays during April & May. Part time applicants must be able to work a minimum 2 days a week including Saturday in April & May.

WAGE: Depending on experience with opportunity for advancement.
